Team Leaders, please ensure there are enough helpers at each mass to give out leaflets.
Arrive 20 minutes before Mass to:
Hand out what is needed
Stay at the door, until after the readings, to help latecomers and direct to vacant seats
Clear up after Mass and check/tidy up around the church

Readers New Duties:- IMPORTANT
Reader 1 to join Entrance Procession walking straight up to the altar, bow before step and then take book to centre of altar.  Walk off the via the side (not the centre).  Meet up with Reader 2 walk to front, bow together and return to seat.
Reader 2 to lead the Parish  prayer from the lectern  once bells have been rung to start Mass and introducing first hymn. Wait for Reader 1 to finish procession, walk off via the side together (not the centre) bow together and return to seat.

DO NOT ANNOUNCE THE 1st & 2nd READINGS AS "READINGS", IT IS ENOUGH TO SAY e.g." FROM THE LETTER OF"etc. 
WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT CHURCH (AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE MASS) TO READ, PLEASE ADVISE THE CELEBRANT THAT YOU ARE THERE AND TICK YOUR NAME OFF ON THE ROTA IN THE CHURCH PORCH.
 
CAN ALL MINISTER'S PLEASE REMEMBER TO PUT THE  BOOK ON THE SHELF OF THE LECTERN AFTER THE 2^ND READING.

IT IS THE READERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ORGANISE COVER ON THE DAYS THEY ARE DOWN TO READ AND CANNOT MAKE IT.
