BEFORE MASS
The children are brought by their families to their seats.

RENEWAL OF BAPTISMAL  PROMISES
A fter the homily Mgr Kevin will invite the children receiving First Communion to come forward and stand in front of the font and Paschal Candle.
Then he will introduce the renewal of baptismal promises as below :

P. Do you believe in God the Father ?
Children : I believe in God the Father.

All : We believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.

P. Do you believe in Jesus Christ ?

Children : I believe in Jesus Christ

All : We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, our lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died and was buried;
he descended to the dead.
On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven,
he is seated at the right hand of the Father,
and he will come to judge the living and the dead.

P. Do you believe in the Holy Spirit ?

Children : I believe in the Holy Spirit

All : We believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. AMEN.

A fterwards the children return to their seats.

LITURGY OF THE EUCHARIST
A fter the Bidding Prayers the children bring the Gifts forward to Fr Kevin.

A t the moment of Communion each family is invited to come forward in the order in the leaflet.

At the end of Mass the children process out after the servers and before Mgr Kevin to greet the people in the porch
